The driver was a safe and steady operator. The bus was on time with only slight delays. The bus seating was cramped. The seat numbering did not match the booking seat numbers which caused anxiety and confusion among boarding passengers. While I’m sure he is a good person, the driver’s style of announcement was unnecessarily condescending and arrogant - offensive to mature travellers like myself. There was no hand cleanser in the washroom. I’m not a fan of “surge pricing”. Overall, though, I’m grateful for the service and the stop in Carleton Place.

Bus fine, buit was an hour late leaving. When it went dark around 7pm there was absolutely no light on in the bus, this was spooky, couldn’t see a thing, especially when I had get off at one of the smaller stops, I couldn’t see if I had left anything behind.

Major communication with driver. He scanned my barcode and saw my destination and stated that his bus was not ours. We Never saw a bus and therefore we’re not in time for the wedding that we were attending. My original outgoing trop was booked for 14:15 and delayed in til 17:30
