Bus Tickets from St. Louis to Oklahoma City

The customer service was horrible I called almost every hour looking for my bus that was late not to mention I was pose to originally get on at 9:15 am January 17,2020 and later on after waiting outside finding out it was Canceled with no notice at all after calling the night before checking to see if everything still good they said yes then I reschedule my ticket for a later time and that was January 17,2020 at 6:40 pm And it was extremely late came at 9:13 pm I called the station/ customer service numerous of times and they kept saying there on there way or they don’t know what’s going on , they had to get a driver , just steady lying basically not really telling me what’s going on
