My ride from Oklahoma City to Dallas was great but the trip from Dallas to Houston could have been better I was very hungry and wasn’t allowed to eat my food or snack on a long ride I think it was very unfair

The driver left over 15 minutes early for my scheduled bus ride and i was not the only passenger left behind. The first consumer service agent i spoke to was not helpful and would not rebook my ticket. The Second Gentleman was very helpful though and revoked very quickly. However, i was not told about the 815 bud that would have gotten me to Houston much earlier. Now I’m set to drive almost 12 hours late. When i arrived in dallas i tried to get the 815 bus but the security guards wouldn't let me talk to the driver and the customer service representative would not change my ticket again, at first leading to believe there was an extra seat and then changing her information, leading me to believe she was lying. It seems the customer service reps weren't concerned with getting me to houston any earlier and finding solutions. Very disappointed .

I love greyhound the driver of the bus was driving 55 when the speed limit is 75 on 45 thats the problem i had i was trying to get to my son surgery
