Bus was on time. The driver was not friendly & failed to welcome aboard or give details on rest stops etc. Bus was not fit for purpose. No seatback stuff holders. No nothing. Never again.

Driver asked for bribes from slightly late customers. Driver even let a man that WASNT a customer get on the bus if he paid the driver directly. Driver was just plain mean and aggressive. This was the around 4pm bus from Dallas deep Ellum to Houston great or Houston upper Kirby. The driver was black and was driving a big green Flix bus.

wifi did not work, driver stopped the bus and accused passengers for stealing his phone when he was the one that lost it and in turn delayed the trip an hour

So far it has been bad. We were delayed by 6 hours due to technical difficulties with bus. Communication from Greyhound Staff at Dallas Station was slim to none. They were inefficient at arranging an alternative bus and never communicated its ETA. There were unfotunately personnel with medical condition and transfers to others bus upon reaching Houston who were left in the dark as well.
Passengers have shared positive experiences, highlighting the comfortable seats and cleanliness of the buses. The drivers are often praised for their friendliness and expertise, contributing to smooth rides. However, some users noted occasional delays in departure or arrival times as a minor inconvenience during their trips.

The bus was 2 hours late with no notification prior to leaving to get the bus. We didn’t get any update on the delayed pickup until an hour after the scheduled pickup. We had to stand for 2 hours in a gas station parking lot to wait for the bus. After everyone boarded the bus, the bus driver notified us that the bathroom on the bus was out of order so we should use the bathroom in the gas station before our 4 1/2 trip because there would be no stops. The actual bus ride to Houston was uneventful once we got going. The temperature on the bus was very cold so dress for that and/or bring a blanket. Also there is virtually no lighting on the bus so it’s very hard to see. The bus driver did a good job driving and getting us to our destination in good timing once we got on the road. Doubtful I would make this trip again with a scheduled 5:30 departure time.

On time pick up. Comfortable seats. Had to change buses due to "unsafe conditions" on original bus. No communication about why bus stopped or that we had to prepare to change buses. Driver announced only after she had moved all baggage to new bus. Final portion of trip comfortable. Arrived 1 hour after scheduled time.
