Greyhound Lines offers the most comprehensive intercity bus services in the United States. They operate a modern, environmentally friendly fleet that serves more than 2400 destinations and carries nearly 16 million passengers annually. When traveling with them, you can expect free WiFi, onboard entertainment, bathrooms, power outlets and decent legroom. One of the great perks of Greyhound is that they connect big cities and smaller towns in the US, where you usually can't get to by train or plane. If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.
Great service, my only concern is that people don’t have to be on the bus without a face covering, though the driver did all he can to get people put on their masks, there is actually little he can do. So in a nutshell passengers must be seen in a mask before entering the bus

Problems can happen in life. Trouble here with Greyhound staff was that the paying travelers were not deemed important enough to explain why the delays occurred. Only because I found bustrack.greyhound.com did I learn our bus originated in Atlanta and lost over an hour and a half arriving in Mobile,AL. Each successive stop was even more off the schedule. Yes, there was rain during the trip and yes, there was a traffic accident in Lake Charles which caused a delay of about 20 minutes but only on that leg of the trip. Original arrival time in Houston was 7:10 PM. Actual arrival was approximately 10:35 PM.
For travelers unfamiliar with bus station locations it would be more than useful for signs posted at exit points for new arrivals to know when the environment of the location of the bus station is comprised of dangerous elements that could place their life at risk. I would describe the location of the Houston station in such terms.
I found the Greyhound staff to be less than friendly bordering on arrogant. But, in favor of the driver in particular I would imagine that as a female she has encountered a myriad spectrum of what society has to offer. Her dictatorial no none-sense approach short circuits aggressive attitudes of certain travelers who might think the ride is for them alone at the expense of others.

The staff went out of its way on several occasions to be helpful to the passengers. However, bus # 6606 seemed to be old and provided the roughest ride I have experienced. It vibrated excessively.
