Service and schedule were great! The bus was dirty with trash. My seat was broken and the temp was warm.

Terrible! The bus never showed up and I received no notification that it wasn't coming (or was going to be extremely late). I was traveling from Baton Rouge to New Orleans for a conference. The clerk at the bus station helped me re-book on Greyhound but I arrived so late I missed the first two session of my conference. The complete lack of professionalism is very disappointing. I'll neve use Flixbus again.
