I bought I ticket for 5:50pm but when I arrived at the station at 5:45pm I told there was no bus till 9:45pm that 4 hrs after the time I was suppose to depart.
I did not get a sorry for the delay or anything I like that. Whe I start complaining of the service the guy just said I can put u on the 8pm bus.
This 20222 how come Greyhound cannot communicate with its customers regarding Leahy delays.
This kind of service will prevent me from using Greyhound ever again.

Wonderful experience but there could be some adjustments of the Baton Rouge facility to make riders more comfortable. The New Orleans facility is beautiful though.
