Customers express dissatisfaction with Greyhound's service, specifically mentioning significant delays and lack of communication. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Customers suggest that Greyhound should improve their communication with customers and consider reimbursing them for the inconvenience caused by the late arrivals.
My bus arrives at the station about 5 hours late. I didn’t get anything information on this. I had to get to the bus station to hear this information. I was stuck at this station for that amount of time until my bus finally arrived. Greyhound staff needs to do better with communicating with their customers. Greyhound should give us reimbursed me, half of my fare, for the very late arrival of my bus.

After we got started the ride was good. The driver was professional yet compassionate. His driving in the rain was excellent.

The bus driver was very good. We hit traffic just before we got into Dallas, which made us 30 minutes late.

I enjoyed the trip to Dallas on the Amtrak, but I didn’t like we paid our money for a seat when there were people on there taking two seats to sleep
