Bus from San Antonio, US to Dallas, TX: Tickets & Schedules

The journey was good, the driver and staff were polite. But I will suggest that the bus stops be announced on arrival to help the clients alert the bus, because I was sleeping throughout the journey and didn't know when the bus arrived my destination. I opened my eyes suddenly when the bus stopped all to find out it was my bus stop. Thank you.

Seats were good but the seats were labeled wrong there was no 15c just 15A and B the wifi cut out after 2 minutes saying I went over the data

Unfortunately there was a huge delay, after the delay, we had a good ride. The driver was polite and professional.

I enjoyed everything about my trip. the driver was very nice.

To Dallas it was ok back to San Antonio it was miserable passenger being loud and was going to fight with driver and didn’t kick them off

I didn’t like the fact at her station at St. Mary’s the vending machines where not working, so we couldn’t even buy a bottle of water and The cuisine was closed

I found this to be quite affordable, and even for the bus being 20 odd minutes late - I was satisfied. I have concerns; since when I did pick up my luggage no one asked to see my name matching on the tag. It did, but I think it should be followed up on. Not to mention rough handling of luggage by the nightcrew at the Dallas bus station Thursday night.

Booking was good but the bus was terrible. The AC where we were sitting was not working. The sits were too small. The toilet was terrible.

The bus smelled of a bathroom sewer the whole way.

Ride was good for the price. The leg pull out did not work in the second seat I took.

The bus was on time for departure, but we were an hour late to arrival. We did not have AC for the first half of the trip and the bus leaked water when we were traveling through rain, so much for business class!

The bus is Good came one time but the only issue is language all most everyone speak Spanish. So inside the bus and inside office two only Spanish. But the driver was really gd and he speak a little bit English.

The bus was not there on time and was hours late. Also no one spoke English when I called.

The bus never showed up. Took forever to get someone on the phone. They gave me some other address to try to catch the bus. Went there & waited about 45 min more & it never showed up. Had to make alternate plans with greyhound to get to Dallas. Turimex is such an awful bus company!
