Friendly staff but nothing of this trip was dependable. Bus was 3 hours late. I should have been in johburg by 5 AM its currently 9 AM and stil have an hour to go. Im on this bus for 15 hours straight now which should have been a 11 hour drive. NEVER AGAIN
