Bus Tickets from Red Deer to Calgary International Airport (YYC)

I was given incorrect pins and vague directions on my confirmation email and it made me miss my bus and have to purchase another ticket. This is not the first time with FlixBus that this was the case. Having incorrect addresses and having to research vague FlixBus stops (from google) is the same in Edmonton. If the buses were early we could find them, but instead they arrive sharp and leave fast.

It was a great trip to Calgary international airport. Driver was awesome and took the normal hours despite of snowy slippery conditions.

My journey was fine the only problem was that my journey was only made necessary because the driver of the previous bus refused to wait for two extra minutes for my husband’s glasses to be delivered to him. I had to take them with me and book the next available bus to Calgary in order to give them to him before his flight takes off. So, mixed feelings on this one.

The bus driver was very helpful and kind. However I would like to have had a seat with a foot rest. At my age (78) I need to elevate my legs as much as possible and the front seat he gave me had none. I had a seat with a foot rest booked with my ticket but I did not get it. A small thing that would have made my trip so much better.

On time and made good time to destination without any problems. Bus driver was helpful to other customers who were confused about the stops.

My bus timing’s were changed one night before. I had to take an early bus and it completely messed up my schedule

The bus ride from Red Deer to Calgary through bad weather went very well, left the driving to Red Arrow and enjoyed the ride.

Twas our very first time to take the bus to yyc and quite enjoyed it, on time and safe.

Bus was on time, the driver was very polite and kind to us customers and it was an easy experience something I never experienced before with other buses

Passengers were allowed to take big items onto the bus rather than in the lower compartment. The bus was only just over half full but most people kept items on the seats leaving very little space.

I was in Tim Horton’s and didn’t know when the bus arrived. I thought the driver would call, text or email but they didn’t and the bus left without me. I was so disappointed ☹️

They never showed up. Waited a hour b4 they were suposed to depart and after and no bus showed up a hour after departure at the time specified. Ended up following another bus and bought another ticket for 40$ to get to calgary.
