Bus Tickets from Edmonton to Calgary International Airport (YYC)

Trip overall time was around 3 hrs and 25 mins but it took around 4 hrs and 10 mins

Overall okay. Your driver almost had a collision because he was not paying attention and following too close. A yellow light came on and then turned red. He was not watching in my opinion and applied his brakes and slid into the intersection on a red light. He honked his horn to warn cars going through the intersection and got the bus stopped just before reaching the second lane, luckily not hitting cars going through the intersection at 90 degrees to the bus. Another comment. When I took this bus from Calgary on the 22 a potential rider did not have a ticket. He asked the driver if he could pay cash. The driver indicated that cash was not accepted and that booking had to be online. I noticed that a rider got on at the university stop with no ticket. He told the rider he will take cash at the next stop. So which is it? Are your drivers allowed to take cash.

The bus was extremely late and dropped me off at my designated stop an hour after the time indicated.

My seat mate was a larger woman and I didn’t have room … our bodies were touching the entire ride I had an aisle seat and I couldn’t get the arm rest up And wasn’t aware at the time of booking that I couldn’t select my seat

Cancelled the bus and only notified folks 45 minutes later. Next bus filled up and people were left with the option to wait for 4pm, or book a different bus. Between my partner and I, we’ve had 9 trips with flixbus and 6 of those have had issues: broken down bus x2, late by over 15min x2, cancelled 1 and air conditioning broken 2x in middle of summer. I will not be booking with flixbus again

Dislikes: It was unclear when booking that we had 4 stops in Calgary. I wish I had known it was not direct. I thought I had chosen good seats but when I arrived I was in the back by the washroom. The stops took additional time for patrons and the driver to smoke. And we arrived 30 minutes late.

it was good seats kinda uncomfy. I don’t know why I had assigned seating beside someone when the three rows around me were empty

The staff were very friendly and professional, the bus was clean, quiet smooth ride

The seats were roomy however I didn’t know the seats were assigned so it would have been nice to have an option for a seat rather than being told what seat I’m assigned to. Staff were friendly and professional.

It was a good experience to traveling with Rider bus.But , it's not my first time.

The bus seats were comfortable.Good driver ,he was very helpful. I reached my destination on time.The bus was punctual. I will recommend all my friends to consider this bus service.

I liked the fact that there was a lot of leg room between the seats I do wish the foot rests on the back of the seats wasn’t so flimsy though

The drive was smooth and peaceful the bus was on time and I am very happy with the experience

Overall the trip was good, the bus was clean, comfortable, and a safe experience. The only thing I felt a little disappointed in was the "free wifi" being gate kept by the safety video, and in said video there was a stated "snack station" which was not available on our bus, probably because the video was from Red Arrow, which was just really confusing and disappointing.

Yeah I'm definitely going to take this bus again , i was anxious at first but over all it was a great experience and very comfortable ride the workers are really nice and very helpful.

Didn’t wait when I said we were a block away. Had to follow for 40 minutes to next stop.

Hour late and very bumpy
