Horrible experience, it was supposed get into the station at 4:20 am, I got there at 4, been waiting until 5:20 am and then realised that the bus was already in the next city, turns out that the bus had been in the station before 4 and I didn’t even got a notification

Though I went to the wrong station that morning but the customer care line was helpful. However, I could have missed the bus as the driver was about to move when I got there.
Maybe a follow up Call could be made to ascertain I was there in time before the bus moves since I contacted the customer care earlier of my situation.
