Received a text message only a few minutes prior to the coach being due to pick us up to advise there was a delay of 15-30 minutes. The coach didnt actually arrive until 45 minutes after it was due then by the time a bus load of people got off and unloaded their luggage then our load of people put luggage under and had our names checked off, we finally departed an hour after we were supposed to. Then only 15 minutes into the trip the coach driver pulled over on a random street and went up the back of bus to use the toilet. I understand that unexpected delays can happen but the driver had no explanation or apologies for being so late and this was frustrating.
