This was the first time we travelled via Greyhound and had an excellent experience. The coach was clean and comfortable for long distance travel. The driver was friendly explained the ground-rules very clearly. We will recommend Greyhound to family and friends and will definitely use the service again.

Enjoyed the friendly service, on bus and at the station, comfy seats and aircon and having a toilet in the bus. Didn't enjoy the tap water not coming out for ages and the loud noise it made when it did and the sudden hot water that was too hot and the bin falling off easy.
