Very difficult to find out where I caught the bus in Medicine Hat. Was Sent to 3 different places and thankfully the young man that worked at Flying J had a cousin who used Flix and told us where to go, we had to race to get there. The bus driver was fantastic, really nice and professional.

Our tickets indicated that our pick up location will be at 7505 Mcleod Trail. We were there 30mins before the pick up time and called their number when it's been 15mins and there's still no bus to confirm if we got the right location. Agent claimed they tried to call me but I did not have any missed calls. Granted there was some technical issues, they also have my email but I did not get anything from Canada bus either. The agent then told me to hurry and head downtown if I don't want to miss my bus. So spent money on another uber to go downtown in the middle of traffic with heavy winds and rainfall.
