Bus from Red Deer to Edmonton: Tickets & Schedules

My experience with FlixBus was very good overall. I really appreciated how easy it was to book my ticket online, and the prices were very affordable. The bus was  very clean, the driver was professional, and I liked having access to charging outlets during the ride, it made the journey more comfortable and convenient. The bus arrived on scheduled time & on time , everything went smoothly. I was satisfied with the service and would definitely consider using FlixBus again for future trips!

The seats were uncomfortable,no pedals to place foots, no knobs to move the seat to an fitting position.

I had gotten a change of time and location from Flix . The bus went to the old pick up location (approx a block away). Luckily another passenger saw it arrive. So we had to walk with luggage to the bus, not far, but I have limited mobility. No apology from the bus driver who said he was not informed of the change. Then, no WiFi available. No help removing bags from underneath. ( which would be appreciated by a Sr). My first experience with Flix and likely my last.

With a terrible snowstorm & whiteout conditions we were only a few minutes late & the driver was great & very polite & helpful.😊😊

I booked a 8:35am bus from Red Deer to Edmonton airport…bus arrived in Red Deer at 9:26….thankfully the driver was able to get to Edmonton airport just in time for my flight

I enjoyed how quiet and comfy it was but didn’t enjoy that it was 20 minutes late causing me distress and anxiety.

The ride was fine, but I thought my destination was the Edmonton airport. That’s what the ticket indicated before I read the address under it. Had to get a cab to arrivals. Was a close call to missing our flight.

The trip was okay, the problem is that we were not taken to YEG airport, we were dropped off at the Petro Canada gas station about a mile away and were left to find our own way from there to the airport. That is not how the trip was advertised.

The drive and timing was great. Myself and another passenger were under the impression the bus would go right to the airport not to the gas station and have to make our way to the airport.

Bus Driver very fast driving not following the maximum speed, and I am not comfortable on my set spot very tightly spaced

I enjoyed the services of Red Arrow, But I can’t sleep while on travel because of the light of the laptop of the passenger beside me from Red Deer to Edmonton she use is laptop! Very disappointing!

Bus was late getting to red deer by 40 min. From red deer to Edmonton it was late because traffic. i took the bus in July it was 30 min late as well.

I enjoy because it gives comfort to the passengers and the driver is great and friendly staff

On time. Good driver. I did get some very odd notifications on my email that had nothing to do with me or my trips.

Excellent service and comfortable. The only issue was one loud and unruly passenger that reeked of alcohol, scaring a young boy. He came and sat by me for a few minutes thinking I was someone else and made awkward conversation making me uncomfortable. I believe he was drinking on the drive.

The weather made it hard to form any kind of opinion except that we made it safely

The bus was so dirty, O was sitting so erect throughout my entire journey. I am allergic to dirt and the bus was full of dirt and leftovers. It was disgusting. I would really appreciate if i can get a refund for this. This was my first and last trip with cold-shot. Such a bad experience.

It's delayed and still stayed for longer period of time in the bus stop, more than 20mins
