The bus is very spacious and convenient as it has toilets inside. The drivers also were helpful in assisting with allocating seats as I had a 4 year old and we couldn't sit apart therefore they made away for us to seat together.

I didn't like it at all, the bus couldn't get on time, it took it almost three hours to arrive at the station I and when I called they kept lying to me that the bus is coming for the next three hours

I was travelling from Malelane to OR tambo airport to catch my flight at 3 pm and i was supposed to be at the airport at 2:15. Unfortunately after reaching pretoria at 1:45 i was kept waiting with no communication what we were waiting for, for about an 1 hour of waiting. Untill i missed my flight. I had to pay R1060 to book onother flight. Im really disappointed. I dont see my self ever travelling with Big Sky.
