The Bus Captain was excellent. There were several incidents where he avoided serious accidents due to other dangerous drivers. I complimented him on his outstanding driving...

The bus played loud static and loud spanish music the whole way, so I couldn't get any sleep. Power port on the seat I was in didn't work so I couldn't use my laptop. And the schedule included several stops in parking lots that didn't seem needed for a few hour trip. My experience with your competitor's bus on the next leg of my trip were way better.
