It was very frustrating. The bus was late 50 minutes, it didn't show on the Greyhound app. The clerk at Greyhound Laredo, TX, didn't have any clue about the bus coming or not. Finally, when the bus arrived, the driver started off ordering us around as if he was doing us a favor. I had my seat assigned to another passenger, when asked what to do, the guy was rude and unhelpful. His driving went from braking too hard to over speeding all thenway

I would never reccomend greyhound after my experience traveling from Monterrey to Laredo TX. The bus broke down and it took over two hour for a service me never to arrive. My driver did not know English to properly communicate with customers and failed to let me off the post as I shared I was same day post-op and did not have adequate pain medication for a 5 hour ride that turned into over 10 hours.
