This is was my first time riding this bus and even more so Greyhound. Coming from the base (Yes, I am military), at first sight the bus appearance was great however the second I entered into the bus there was a very strong odor in the bus not from the passengers. Second, the seat hand rail were falling about. I moved four seat because of that reasoning. The driver was pleasant and informative.
