Greyhound Katy Dallas recent customer reviews
I don’t think I will do ride again. It is not very handicapped friendly. The Houston bus station restrooms were unclean, no toilet paper, or soap.

Horrible experience, ticket was from Katy TX, bus didn’t come around. Took a Uber to go to Houston, waited for 1 and half hour, stood in line to hear that it was over booked and had to wait for 4 hours for next bus. Poorest of the services, staff have no clue and blame on the corporate booking. Will never ride Greyhound again and discourage whoever talking abt it.

I had to wait for over an hour before my bus arrived in Katy. I was also assaulted by one of the mail Greyhound attendant on board who rudely hit my arm because l kept one of my bags on the empty seat next to me and another bag under my seat. The attendant was extremely rude to me and also physically abusive. It was a nasty experience which l think should be investigated and corrected.
Based on 33 reviews, the company was rated 3 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the departure location and the staff but often complained with the wifi. Valley Transit ticket prices on this trip start at $47
