Bus Tickets from Belleville to Pearson Toronto Airport

It was comfortable, friendly driver, weather conditioners were terrible causing my bus to be delayed over an hour to get to my stop

there was no ac and the bus broke down 30 minutes before before arriving to destination

Horrible. I’ve ridden with them once before and had no issue but this time the bus was 1.5 hours late and once I got on, smelled overwhelmingly of urine to the point of nausea. Almost threw up near the end after dealing with it for 2.5 hours. Disgusting

The bus was 35 minutes late, which caused me to miss my Uber and messed up my schedule. I’m not mad about the delay—these things happen—but no one informed us, which was frustrating. I also called twice and a guy picked up, but he was mumbling and hard to understand. Plus, the bus was making weird noises the whole trip, like the mud flap was hitting the tire on my side.

The bus came 2hours after its designated time and it broke down on the high way too as I was forced to get an Uber to go home, I ended up Missing work because it left at a later time than it was supposed to

Bus was insanely late for no reason, two passengers were talking out loud a long time so that eventually someone asked them to knock it off. Meanwhile they were vaping too.

I couldn't find the bus at 311 Canifton road, was there at 12:35 pm and there was no bus, I asked the attendant at Petro Canada gas station and she said she's never seen a bus there, so waited until almost 1 pm, and called a taxi to train station.

Boarding the train from was efficient with staff directing people to the correct area/car. Keeping us inform of delays.

Excellent! Staff on the trains and in the station more than accommodating! Service notably better than I have ever seen on the trains.

were told by email luggage only 25lbs - that does not work for international travellers. 1.5 hour phone call said belleville train "24 hour email" INFORMATION WAS WRONG. Nearly cancelled our tickets but assured online we were OK. Got to Belleville train station and door locked until 1/2 hour before our train. It was raining. two cabs with riders also standing in the rain. Got on train our ticket 18a and 18b did not exist. overall standing in the rain, late train, wrong luggage info and we had no seats (sat wherever a seat was open) not what we prepaid for.

It was not a bus it was like sprinter can they should have mention it while booking it. It was small van fully packed with people no room like actual bus

Driver was great passenger next to me took all my leg space now I'm extremely sore

There was nothing to enjoy about this ride. The shuttle was vibrating, at one point I thought the tire would flew out. There was no space to strech my legs. My carry on had to be on my lap. Overall it wasn't worth i will not be riding with the shuttle anymore.
