It was the worst ever never in time never organized not very honest last month we were stuck on the gas station lot for over an HR no apology Sun we got stuck on the road if the highway for nearly3 he's no apology then I was lied to not even issued another ticket told me my bus was on time only 2 learn from the third stop that I had missed my bus finally was reissued a ticket with a wait if nearly 5 hrs was hungry thirsty I was scheduled to be home at 400 but didn't arrive til midnite very sad especially when I've been a customer for over40 yrs

The greyhound bus station staff was yelling and screaming at people as though they were children. Grown men with their children were being disrespected by staff not to mention the bugs, bums outside, horrible bathrooms….. it was more like jail then anything.
