Find coaches from Western University to Kitchener

Despite having a booked ticket and assigned seat, the driver instructed people to sit wherever and some were refused service due to overbooked seats. On top of this, the was 30 minutes late

Comfortable journey but my seat was 15C and the seat in bus didn’t had any seat under that instead it was 20. So it was a bit confusing

It was unexpectedly disappointed. There were 2 pick-up locations in London, ON and the bus didn’t stop at Western. It went straightly to downtown because I was waiting at Western Uni. That bus literally passed by my eyes. Then I had to run to downtown in rush without knowing where the exact location was. Luckily my friend spotted it and I went there right away to board. There was no any communication or notice about this issue. So please contact me asap since I’ve been very upset about the trip this time.

When I booked online it said that I would get a deluxe coach with free Wi-Fi and a bathroom. I got none of these things and was not offered a discount. The van was very crowded and uncomfortable and I ended up having an anxiety attack

The bus was almost 2hrs late, not marked that it was an Intercity bus so I almost missed it, the driver didn’t scan our tickets and the bus smelt bad.

The bus was a poorly converted short school bus on the highway which did not feel safe at all

No wifi, no working outlets, no cup holders, ticket was overpriced.. Won't be booking a ticket with them again.

Intercity travel is pretty awful so it was nice to have this option and it ran on time. That said, the lights above the seats didn't work, the seat's reclining feature was either stuck or didn't work, the toilet was a tiny closet with no sink (not even hand sanitizer...) and the dropoff in Kitchener isn't really even in Kitchener, but at the Sportsworld Drive dropoff, so travelling into the city is a pain. Oh yeah, also the power outlet did not work :(

I would love to rate 4/5 stars for the next trip if the bus arrived at the pick up spot on time. The bus arrived at the pick up spot 10 minutes late without any apologize from the bus operator! However, she is a good driver though!

bus arrived an hour late with no emails informing us of the delay. I was outside in the freezing cold for an hour waiting with no update from rider express. I will not be using your services again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Last week, the bus was delayed by 2 hours, and this week, it was 1 hour late for the 6:55 pm trip from London to Kitchener on November 3, 2024. Despite already being delayed, the driver still stopped to fill up on gas. Is this how trips are planned? Where is the commitment to passengers? Because of these delays, I missed all my connecting buses. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The bus was very late. I was supposed to board my bus at 5:30pm and wasn’t picked up until 7pm. Communication was terrible. I was not notified the bus would be late 30 mins after pick up time.

Bus was ok, but its hour and a half late to our trip going to London and still counting… 😒
