What I didn't enjoy was that the bus didn't arrive, and that when I called to find out what had happened, no one answered and the voice mail was full. What I enjoyed was the fact that the ticket was cheap, so I'm only out 26 dollars or so.

I understand it can change but I should have received an email notification. It was a bit stressful.
