The bus was comfortable, but the staff was unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of other passengers. I did know that in Chile, passengers can not use the toilet. I was using the bathroom and he kept knocking on the door, and when I opened it, he started talking loudly, saying, It was supposed to use the toilet in the previous city and he was talking on and on... and one of my family members should intervene, as I can not speak Spanish.
