My partner and I travelled from Santiago to Pucon, our first long coach journey in Chile. Our bus departed and arrived on time, taking around 10 hours, and was a smooth journey. The seats were really comfortable with plenty of leg room and almost fully reclining seats. Staff were friendly. There were USB charging ports at each seat. And for anyone worrying, there was a toilet on board!

We went to the bus station 6 hours before departure. There was some mistake or change on our reservation, without telling us, the attendant helped us out and got things fixed until the bus arrived. The bus foreman would not let us on the bus. We got the attendant involved again and she cleared up the issue. We were able to ride. The ride was very nice except we were never informed of all the stops to pick up additional passengers nor drop them off. But we did get from Santiago to Pucon as planned.

My only complaint was that my seat was broken, the leg part didn’t work. When I spoke to the workers no one wanted to help and I wasn’t offered a different seat
