I did not enjoy the Trip from Edmonton to Grande Prairie Ab. I was a glorified bread truck. Very rough ride and far too hot interior. I wish Grey hound was back.

Bus was clean - in and out.
Driver was courteous. As a hard-of-hearing passenger I would benefitted if the driver’s voice had been amplified by using a public address system.

Seats were comfortable and I had more space than an airplane. Stops for bathroom break and snacks were quick but sufficient time for all to be accommodated.

The buses are noted for having nice stops for snacks and food, as well as reclining seats with reading lights. However, there were mentions of delays with limited communication regarding these issues.
Rider Express Red Deer Grande Prairie recent customer reviews
It was bad. A layover for 1 1/2 hour in downtown Edmonton at night with 2 different transfer locations indicated on the ticket which led to mass confusion for all of us. The bus drivers were rude and one even yelled at some people asking questions about which bus to go on. They were all late and were misleading about all of the stops claiming it was from one destination to another but we hopped from one town to the next with 5-20 min breaks at the gas stations or fast food chains

Im 100 percent sure I will never take ryder express again paid 140 plus 30 for bags go to edmonton sat in minus 25 below weather for almost 2 hours because u guys are cheap not providing shelter for passengers then in valley view your driver decided to accuse me of not paying for bags when I had my tags in from of passengers very unprofessional

Nice roomy bus. Good to have a washroom.
Didn't like the Southgate or downtown option. Why not just have 1 pick up place.
I assume standing outside for 10 or 15 minutes when its -40 and the wind is blowing would be very uncomfortable.
The bus drivers were professional...both of them.
