Enjoyed the quick service but driver was not nice. Yelled at woman ext to me who was on phone ( very quietly just telling them directions and at me for asking the woman across from me if I could charge my phone since the power was not working at my seat. Noticed later that the same question I was yelled at for answering was answered when it was asked in French ( which I can understand but not speak)

It was absolutely terrible. The confirmation email told me that I was allowed 2 check-in bags at the Gauchetière stop, when in reality- luggages are not allowed. I had to rush to Berri to buy another ticket. I called customer service the next day who refused to reimburse me for the first ticket, despite the misleading information in the confirmation email that I was indeed allowed check-in bags. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted to have been misled and ripped off.
