Greyhound Lines, Inc. Montreal New York City recent customer reviews
The bus broke down, so I stopped at gas stations and highways three or four times, waiting an hour each for repairs, but it broke down again. Ultimately, it took 11 hours to get from Montreal to New York. It was a terrible experience.
Moreover, the bus driver didn't provide any detailed explanations.

Bus broke down on the side of the highway and we waited over 4 hours for another one to arrive, which delayed the arrival time significantly and was very uncomfortable. Lack of clarity from Greyhound about when we would get moving and arriving.

The bus was on time but the driver should have been more vocal especially before we got to the boarder. This could have helped in getting passengers ready for the check.
Trailways receives high praise for its excellent service, with many users highlighting the professionalism and friendliness of the drivers. Passengers appreciate the clean, comfortable buses and efficient travel experience. While some mention minor issues like non-functional internet or a need for more legroom, overall satisfaction remains strong due to smooth rides and courteous staff.

Great! It's so much better than Greyhound! I will pay the extra to be on Trailways and not on Greyhound. Your company should sever ties with Greyhound/Flixbus. They offer mediocre service.

I have been using Adirondack Trailways for several years now and was my first choice in transport. The drivers are always super friendly compared to the competition. But on this trip I noticed that the chairs were replaced. Head, neck support was poor, and being 6 foot 2 in height, the chairs were squeezed closer. Good thing I was sitting alone, as I could not close my legs and would have invaded my neighbours space. Behind me, i could feel the other passenger knees as she moved around. On an eight hour ride. Not comfortable

The bus was almost an hour late for departure. The AC was very intense for the autumn temperature outside so we were freezing. But overall, the ride was great, quick and efficient. The seats are comfortable and clean.
