Find the cheapest tickets from Kitchener to Pearson Toronto Airport

It would be great to have signage of where the bus stop is. Otherwise the driver was polite and helpful. An uneventful trip which is great.

The experience was affected due to the driver not assisting with luggage loading. Driver advised he could not assist us, it was not his job. The travel itself was great!

Finding the bus was a huge frustration as we couldn't find 1 Victoria St. Thankfully while driving around we saw the bus arrive & were surprised it stopped on the side of the road to load passengers, not in a parking lot.

The bus was 45 minutes late. I assumed i had missed it and had no way of nowhere it was. Wish there was a way to find out where the bus was! I understand there was bad weather but 45 minutes is a long time! I ended up booking another bus that I paid $50 for so I wouldn't miss my flight at the airport that I can't get refunded for. 😔

The bus was 32minutes late. They said it was only going to be 10-15minutes late in an email and never updated after that point. They also sent a change of pickup location email due to weather, but the new pickup location didn’t exist and the bus arrived at the original location anyway.

Bus comes late more than 20 mins and it’s winter….. made phone call in the mid to check with staff, they said 2-3 mins but turns out another 10mins.

Onexbus cancelled our trips for June 2 and Sept 4 with a email with 4 days notice for June 2 . Take another bus so many problems. Busbus not so helpfull either the company we paid . Save yourself some anguish book with different company

A very warm welcome

It was good but they arrived late

The bus driver igore was extremely rude. He was over an hour and 20 minutes late. And yelled at me when I asked him why the bus was delayed. He also tried to take my bags off the bus because he didn't want to take me because I asked why the bus was late. Then the bus broke down in the middle of the highway and we had to wait for another bus. What was suppousd to be a 1.5 hour bus ride turned into 5 hours.

Was the trip cancelled by the service provider? I waited at the pickup spot indicated on the ticket and I did not see the bus/shuttle. As a result I had to take an Uber to Toronto.

The actual drive was smooth and pleasant and the driver was a helpful person. The bus was clean. What I didn’t like was that the bus was late and there wasn’t communication until several minutes after the bus should have been at the stop. That’s when they sent an email. Before that I had to google to find their customer service number, which was not given on the e ticket. Customer service was helpful in providing an update. But before she confirmed that the bus was late, Inwas nervous that something had gone wrong and the bus wasn’t going to show up. It was dark and cold and I am visiting. The instructions on the e ticket for the pick up spot were unclear and I and the other person waiting (unrelated to me) had to walk to another side of the road when the bus pulled up in a different spot (supposed to be outside Ye’s restaurant in Kitchener Sportsworld stop). I think Rider express should send text updates a bit ahead of time if the bus will be late and also give a map so people know the exact pickup spot and don’t have to guess.

The bus basically broke down twice. On the 427 south it broke for good and we waited at the side of the highway for another bus to come. Basically over an hour late by the time we arrived. Bus driver was fantastic. Give him something that runs to drive.

Bad, cancelled 30mins before the scheduled time and due to the cancellation, the return ticket could not be refunded

I bought the ticket for my mom and the bus didn’t show up. She was very stressed luckily found another ride.

They didn't except my booking and I paid extra 21. 00. Tried to ca contact you for refund, documented complaint , advices that I would be contacted , so far no communication. Via staff never heard of you!!

Never traveling with Via again- a major 3hr delay and not even complementary water was offered

My 1.5 hour train ride took 4 hours. Stopping multiple times on the track, with the longest stop being over an hour long.

Driver was polite and communicated well. I had to call as there was no sign or anything to tell me where to get picked up. It was just a parking lot. I feel I should have been given some better direction. I was looking for a bus and it was a van. The driver was driving VERY aggressively. Barely a car length from cars. Driving fast and then braking and changing lanes all the time. He also frequently had his phone in his hand scrolling to change music. Sheesh, I was nervous if not scared.
