Good experience as far as the drive went. Booked it for my husband to meet family in Toronto. Bus driver was unhelpful when loading, my husband had a heart condition and he didn’t offer to help with luggage. Young women were pushing luggage back and rearranging luggage to fit more in as he stood there and watched.

The van came 1 hour and 30 minutes late with no prior notification. When I asked other passengers who were waiting there, some of them got the late email and some didn't. We had to sit in the cold for that much time.

The worst experience I’ve had with a bus company. The bus was late by hour and 20 minutes. It’s didn’t even have end up being a bus and a passenger van. The service was not great and I was stressed about missing my flight the entire time. It was not a stress free experience and very stressful instead. My suitcase was damaged in travel and the driver dropped my suitcase out the back of the van and items in my luggage were broken and damaged as well. This was my first time using this bus company and will certainly be my last and will not be using this bus company ever again.

The bus driver was very friendly and polite. The bus was small and one of the front windows had a bit of a leak (was raining), however it was clean, ticket was very affordable and seats were really comfortable. No drinks or snacks on the bus however the driver was kind enough to let me leave my snack & reusable water bottle in my carry on. Was offered a bathroom/stretch break which was nice.
The only issue I had was the person in the seat in front of me reclined so far back and the top of his seat was very close to me- maplebus should consider limiting how far back the seats can recline.
Overall I would recommend this bus to others and use it again!
