Hello, my trip was not a good experience at all as the bus broke down due to insufficient oil and the bus that came to assist also had issues, as the doors could not open, and we were frustrated for some time i can't tell the exact duration as my phone died in the process. We didn't even get an apology from Intercape. The driving was also fast and the other driver was rude and impatient. thanks
