The journey from Valladolid was fine and the bus was in good condition. The station at Segovia is very poorly organised, I arrived in good time. There were no buses carrying the linecar brand. I assumed it wasvlatevarriving but the screens weren't working. When I asked the lady said she assumed it had left on time. I can only think it was an anonymous looking white bus with no branding on it that I saw leave at about the right time. I missed the bus so was very unhappy

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We had bought return tickets for La Granja. On the way to our destination, the bus was obviously picking up passengers who had not bought tickets ahead of time. When it came time to return, we held tickets for the 7:30 bus, but there were obviously many people in line who did not have tickets for the bus and were buying them as they boarded. We were not allowed on the bus because it was full. We were left stranded at the bus stop, and we had to take a €20 taxi back to Segovia. Unbelievable! Never again.
