Subus has received positive feedback for its friendly and pleasant staff, as well as comfortable seating. However, some users noted that the temperature inside the bus was higher than expected. Additionally, there were mentions of schedule variations with ticket purchases being delayed by nearly an hour on occasion. Overall, customers appreciated their travel experience despite these minor concerns.
