Renfe has received positive feedback for providing clear instructions and a friendly atmosphere at the train station, making it an enjoyable experience. Customers appreciate the well-organized travel plans with minimal delays or issues. However, some tourists find navigating Madrid's station challenging due to numerous offers and limited guidance on purchasing tickets.

Strict security before boarding was appreciated with all bags being scanned as if boarding a plane. Train left on time, despite the high level of security and number of passengers. Not sure why I got an email the day before travelling saying I had to print off the tickets as phone versions would not be allowed. Most passengers were using electronic tickets and were not stopped from boarding. Very annoying!

Escasa señalización para foráneos, al desembarcar del tren en centro de Madrid y no saber que salida tomar, obliga a preguntar a rudos y hoscos trabajadores de dicha estación; completamente lo opuesto al obtener una estupendas indicaciones del personal en Atocha.

Absolutely miserable. The women working the ticket counters were so rude and difficult. They didn’t try to help and were the worst example of humanity, not to mention professionalism. They should not be in service at any profession and probably shouldn’t be interacting with human beings at all.
