Copetran User Reviews
Copetran receives praise for its spacious and comfortable seating, providing a safe travel experience with secure bag storage. However, several reviews mention that the journey took longer than expected without adequate communication about stops or breaks. Additionally, some passengers found the air conditioning too cold during their trips.
I really enjoyed the spacious leg room, the very comfortable seats and I felt safe during the trip. Also the bag storage felt safe with their ticket system. We had also a nice break to stretch the legs. No negative points!

The bus was very comfortable and the entertainment system was very good. The bus was very cold (I had been warned by locals soni was prepared) the wifi didn't connect, and the bus was two hours late to its destination.

I caught a Copetran bus in Bogota to take me to Santa Marta. The trip was supposed to take just under 16 hours. So, I caught it in the evening, planning to sleep all night and then take in some scenery in the morning before arriving in SM. When I woke up, I found we were nowhere near our destination. We were almost 7 hours late! - no one acknowledged the extended trip, let alone apologized for it -the ac was extra-freezing -the bathrooms smelled terrible and had no running water or soap!! -no wi-fi

Charger places didn’t work, ac didn’t work in some of the seats (for example mine), screans didn’t turn on and they were broken or seats didn’t even have them, BUS WAS 6 HOURS LATE and almost missed my flight because of that. It was supposed to arrive 8:20 in the morning and we ended up arriving at 14:03

The driver was rude, shouted at me, put the air conditioner at max cold and refused to change it And me and my friends came out sick of the ride And overall heared him trash talk
Shimon M.
The bus we booked was not the bus they put us on. At arrival at the terminal, we were told we needed to change our ticket without explanation and then we were put on another bus that was 2 hours late with multiple stops. The bus was dirty and cold.
