I caught a Copetran bus in Bogota to take me to Santa Marta. The trip was supposed to take just under 16 hours. So, I caught it in the evening, planning to sleep all night and then take in some scenery in the morning before arriving in SM. When I woke up, I found we were nowhere near our destination. We were almost 7 hours late!
- no one acknowledged the extended trip, let alone apologized for it
-the ac was extra-freezing
-the bathrooms smelled terrible and had no running water or soap!!
-no wi-fi

A very long bus ride to not be provided with a meal. No toilet paper, soap or water by midnight on the journey. Only one charging point that my next door neighbour commandeered for the entire journey. Just average overall.

Journey was timely and the bus was fairly comfortable. Staff were helpful at the bus station. Only negative point, the toilet had no water and did not flush which was very unpleasant on a 19 hour journey

I bought a ticket for the 10am buss to santa marta and got to the terminal on time only to find out that they didnt have any busses leaving until 3pm. I specifically bought a bus for 10am because i had plans in santa marta for mid day the next day. Needless to say i missed a meeting with a client who was quit upset. Not too impressed. There was no delay, there just were not any busses leaving at 10...

Your service is horrible. The drivers are very negligent always driving by the illegal side. Their attitude was hostile and permit ambulatory seller at the bus disturbing us. And finally never the driver put sanitary paper at the bathroom. And they make more than ten stop and by this reason the trip was over 19 hours, when the ticket said 16 and a half hours.

The bus was clean and the people nice. But: the seats where uncomfortable, the bus ac was turned to freezing and bevore we even started we had a delay of 45 minutes. Due to traffic and frequent sops the 45 minutes turned in to 4,5 hours...

Expected 3 seats per row (there were 4 seats per row), so it was more cramped.
Passengers smoked in the toilets.
The bus left Bogotá at least 30 minutes late.
