The bus was late getting into Kelowna, at least 1 hour late. Apparently the driver coming from the Okanagan was behind schedule. But our driver from the Coast to Merritt was very nice. Very informative and very approachable which is nice to see in a Bus Driver! The Bus driver that took us from Merritt to Kelowna and beyond was also very nice and helpful!! :) So good job Ebus… life is stressful so it nice to come across friendly public service workers!

Very save and smooth driving. However when we made a stop in Merrit we were waiting for 40 minuites before leaving again. Additionally our driver was vaping which I found to be extremely unprofessional.
