I was not notified that the bus was already full so I had to Seattle on the floor from Cape town to where we changed the bus and after that the bus arrived late at Johannesburg Park Station

Hi 👋, first thing the bus was supposed to at Worcester at 1600hrs they arrived at 18:20. Second they don't answer calls from customers or replying e mails. Bus was supposed to be in Johannesburg at 0500hrs am as we speak we are still on the way and it's 0900hrs , 3 hours left to Johannesburg.
But the bus Is very good with clean staff, they are friendly, bus is in good condition no complain on that one.
