APMWC Somerset West Grahamstown recent customer reviews

The bus seats were broken and the 3 of us sitting in our row on a full bus has to hold on to the seats in front of us to avoid the chair in the row from sliding off. The bus also broke down as the driver didn't fill up fuel halfway through the trip, resulting in us being stuck for 1 & a half ours. In this time, some of the passengers decided hitchhiking would be a more viable solution. All in all I'm very disappointed in the lack of maintenance on these buses and the service received.

The bus didn’t show up I stood there for almost 3hours , it was suppose to leave at 21:15 I was there 45 minutes earlier, I gave up at 23h30
