There was no problem with the actual trip but the driver was very rude and unhelpful and the lady next to me sat in chair with a broken back rests. The bus was full and no other seat available except the 2 in front reserved for the codriver. Nothing was done to make her trip more comfortable and the drivers attitude was "that seat is broken. They will take it out and fix it in Cape Town". Really not satisfactory. I specifically booked my trip to Cape Town civic bus station and checked with the driver before boarding in sedgefield. We were then taken via Belleville and had to transfer to a taxi to complete the journey.

The bus came almost 2 hours late. There was very little space. I had to share a 3-seater with a couple who occupied half of my seat. So I actually only had half a seat for a 7h bus ride. It was very uncomfortable.
