The bus left me in Queenstown the drivers suppose to make phone calls and check their passengers . I called the Eagles liner help center and they were rude make it as if it was my fault . They didn't explain or try to get me to the next bus my money just went just like that.

The bus did not have a lower set for elderly person was broken of and not replaced making it difficult to get into the bus and at the rest stops it was a huge challenge
