Had to wait for 5 hours at the border due to a Bolivian holiday that the bus company was aware of. I don’t know why they didn’t change the bus time to later in the day instead of making everyone wake up at 5am for no reason.

I arrived early at the bus station to ask for a seat downstairs on the left. When I boarded the bus my seat was upstairs on the right!! Yeah! Funny ! Thanks!

The bus itself was on time, clean, and comfortable and the staff were nice.
However, we’ve done tons of land border crossings with busses where people get visas on arrival and the bus waits. This one did not. They left without us and we had to get another bus and ended up at our destination 6 hours later then scheduled. I think it’s fine if that’s the policy but it should be clear when booking. We’ve never had that issue before.

It was an overall terrible experience. I arrived an hour early...only to find the 6:00am bus was cancelled and I was not notified of any cancellation prior. I would NEVER reccomend this bus company to others abs buabud should no longer partner with them.
