We couldnt take the journey cause there was a huge accident on the road, 100 m of the road was collapsed on the route. As we saw this on the news we went to the office to ask for the bus and the office said it is not their problem nor responsibilty, they send the bus anyways causing big trouble for so many people. Meanwhile our tickets are wasted cause we couldnt take this bus under the circumstances and couldnt find a way to cancel or exchange.
