Bus was freezing for the first few hours of the trip. No heating or blankets provided. Left very late too.

We booked the 8am bus and got a message the night before saying it was now departing at 7am and we should get to the bus terminal at 6.30am. When we arrived the staff kept telling us 10 minutes, 20 minutes more, the bus eventually left at 8am...I think they were trying to fill more spots maybe. The journey was very bumpy, seatbelts didn't work (I know it's common in Bolivia) and the seats were filled with crumbs.
