One of our bags was kept under our legs in the seat - we went asleep for an hour and when we woke up the bag was open and belongings were taken from the bag. This overall ruined the entire experience and journey as we did not feel comfortable.

The seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room but the temperature was far too hot. The bus stopped multiple times during the trip with no explanation. The terminus was supposed to be in Sucre centre but the driver dropped us all at the edge of the town because he was heading to La Paz next. They also allowed food vendors on the bus and did not label our luggage so it could easily have been taken or mistaken for someone else’s.

No seatbelts so it has to be 1 star. The driver seemed to drive carefully and safely though so that was a major relief. The bus temperature was very cold for most of the night!
