Seats ok, though meant for taller people than I am, so headrest uncomfortable. No frills, such as a blanket or a bottle of water. Admire the drivers - very long journey. Smelly food should NOT be allowed in the coach. Someone who came in at Puno brought raw onion, and it was unpleasant for a very long time. Also, people who want to listen to something should bring headphones and not inflict their choice on everyone.

What a joke this company is, canceling my trip the evening before departure. The excuse of a broken bus and putting us in a small minivan all the way by another even worse bus company (trans ricardo). Before leaving Calama the bus circled around waisting 1 hour just to change busses before leaving Calama!!

Our bus was two hours late because we stopped in a garage in La Paz. Should have dropped us off first before adding 2 hours to a 16 hour trip.

The entire cabin was covered in a thick layer of dust, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic. Given the appalling conditions, this trip was a complete disaster and not worth the money. The state of the bus was so poor that I feel like I should be compensated for the experience. I would strongly advise against booking this tour.
