The customer service desk at Bossman station was perfect. The staff had very good knowledge of their customer. This made me feel welcome! However, the driver of bus 115 made the journey experience sour from Christiana town, North-West province. At the garage where I went to buy bottled water in the store, the bus driver left me behind, and I had to make personal arrangements, spending R500 to catch up with the bus at Kimberley, Northern Cape province. It was horror!
